REVISION POLICY
The number of revisions allotted depends on your selected package. You can request revisions as outlined in your package details. At Technoticx, we are dedicated to providing the best services to our customers and will continue revising until your needs are met. You won't incur additional charges if the design concepts remain unchanged. Revised designs will be provided within 48 hours. Any changes or revisions requested after finalizing the logo designs will be treated as a new order and charged separately.
REFUND POLICY
Technoticx's refund policy will be nil if:
- You have chosen a special package.
- The primary design concept has been approved.
- You have demanded revisions.
- The cancellation is unrelated to the company.
- The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks regarding the project.
- Company policies have been violated.
- Another company or designer has been engaged for the same project.
- The creative brief lacks required information.
- A complete design change has been requested.
- The refund request surpasses the specified time frame.
- The business is closing or changing its name or operations.
- Reasons such as 'change of mind' or 'disagreement with partner' will not be eligible for refunds.
- If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will only apply to that specific service and not the entire bundle.
- The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.
- In case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
- Money-back guarantee will only be applicable if the initial designs are completely rejected by the client. If the client requests additional design concepts or modifications after approval and then requests a refund, Technoticx will deduct 33% of the total billing amount for incurred costs, including processing and service charges.

To claim your refund, follow these steps:
Once we receive your refund request, we will respond promptly. After completing the required analysis, we will initiate the process. After receiving your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by Technoticx; they will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.
